What will you do on your first visit?
We will assess your feet and medical history, conduct an assessment of the circulation and nerve supply to the feet. We will discuss what treatment best suits your needs. We will do any treatment needed to help make your feet more comfortable. The initial consultation includes routine nail care and corn and/or callus removal.
Do you have a clinic?
We are a domiciliary service – that means we will come to your home and look after your feet in the comfort of your surroundings. We can offer a clinic appointment for more specialist care such as ingrown toenail surgery.
Do I need anything for the appointment?
we bring everything we need for the appointment, no need to get anything ready.
I have a pet, will this be a problem?
No, we are pet friendly, if however your dog is aggressive or over friendly, please keep them in another room while we conduct the treatment.
Do you accept cheques/card payment?
We accept cash, cheque and direct bank transfer.
Do you give a specific appointment time?
Appointment slots are booked to a specific day and time, however due to travel or other delays, we may arrive before or after the given time. Please allow for 20 minutes either side of your booked time.
